Self-Help Book Recommendations
The healing journey can feel daunting because many of us were not taught healing practices by our parents or in school. Therefore, it can be really helpful to continuously educate ourselves throughout the healing journey so that we can become aware of our triggers, emotional patterns, and how our pasts may still be impacting us today.
I know that finding a good self-help book can be difficult, so I compiled this list of some of my favorites.
